- The refund is approved after inspection

- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

- Service bookings once completed are non-refundable
- If a service is cancelled before technician visit, partial or full refund may be considered
- Emergency service visits and inspection charges are non-refundable
📌 Installation Charges
- Installation and labor charges are non-refundable once the service has started
- Any additional materials or modifications requested by the customer will be chargeable separately
📌 Warranty & Manufacturer Support
- Product warranties are governed by manufacturer terms and conditions
- Chill Comfort Pvt. Ltd. assists customers in coordinating with brands for warranty claims
